About your teacher
I’m Annie, an English and yoga teacher. After overcoming a severe eating disorder, I went travelling to improve my English. Yoga helped me lose my fear of being judged, allowing me to express myself the way I truly wanted to.
Soon, I had the confidence to complete my English teaching certificate (CELTA) and 500h YTT in English, preparing myself to teach international yogis and English learners like you and me.
At Enga, I share the techniques that have helped me in my English, yoga and self-development journey so you too can gain the skills and experience you feel you don’t have yet.
My story is not yours, but our challenges are very similar. Let me help you find the tools you can use to become a more confident, secure and knowledgeable multilingual yoga teacher.
